Well for four of us this year we had 6 bottles of sun cream and 1 bottle of aftersun, all that was left at the end of the two weeks was half a bottle.
I think I've packed about 5 or 6 bottles for hubby and I but I will probably have some left over.
We go through about 10 to 12 bottles between Hubby and me on a 3 week holiday. He uses more than me as I am usually in the shade and he stays in the sun.
2 x 20, 4 x 15, 2 x 10 plus 1 aftersun
I don't believe it's the same product at all. We have used this product for 17 years without ANY burning issues....this year my little girl burnt badly which I was absolutely devastated about....aside from any long term health issues, she was in a lot of pain and had to be plastered in aloe vera gel for 5 days and couldn't wear half her holiday wardrobe of cool strappy sun tops! For the first time ever, her brother's also burnt (shoulders, arms and face) altho' not as severely as they have a darker easy-tan skin tone.
Had to purchase Balsaderm SPF40 in a local pharmacy and plaster that on instead.
Just wanted to warn anyone else....have always recommended Proderm & Bergaderm....not anymore. Am taking matter further with Sunshine Health Shop but if anyone has bought it for children, under the belief it lasts 6 hours then please do NOT use it or at the very least re-apply frequently!
I just bought some Tesco kids suncream for 93P it is spf 30 in a spray
Only problem, and nothing to do with the product, was that Although my face and arms got a good tan. I found my legs and the front of my body didn't really tan much due to it being SPF 20, I think I needed 15 or 10 SPF. If it was available in those SPF's I would have got them. In the last 10 days I didn't bother applying it to my legs and got a slight colour on them.
Great product but not for me as I needed a lower SPF, definitely recommend to someone who is happy with factor 20
I always always use a low factor cause I don't burn i go brown I put a low factor just to be on a safer side hahah
A handy tip - all sun creams etc now must have a code on them showing how long they are viable after opening. This is a small (sometimes very small) outline of a jar with the lid open and the number of months - usually 6, 12, 18, or 24. Use a small sticky label or a marker pen to mark the opening date, otherwise you may find yourself, like me, looking at loads of bottles and not able to remember when they were used.
Last year we used Garnier Ambre Solaire Clear Protect (zero white marks) when we went to Cyprus and was very impressed as it was not greasy at all and felt like water!
I am ok with using the Lacura products but never used the suncreams before if i hear good reviews i will buy more and at that price if it dont live up to expectations i would stop using and leave behind .
we were given an unused bottle from a couple we met on holiday (they were going home and didnt need it) i was reluctant to use it but as we had run out we did-and we were impressed!!! now we have tried it we will be buying it for it for our holidays this year.

Llindy,Asda's suncreams get very good reviews and I believe they are 5* rated, they are about £3.00 each.

Indeed, we have just bought some various factors and they are on offer at 2 for £5
Can anyone recommend a sun lotion with a hint of a bronzer in it. I used to buy one from Avon but they no longer stock it
Will look in my 'holiday box' and let you know - bought it earlier in the year.
