Can anyone give an update on the River Princess, with some photo's if poss 
I heard another boat has gone adrift near there now! 
Yes, it was a weird-looking boat that was working on the River Princess, I think it broke loose and drifted over towards Calangute/Baga and went aground.
They sent a tug to pull it free but that got stuck and had to be pulled free by another tug.

if you saw this story without any place names mentioned............you would still guess at India

The beach from Fort Aguada to the Calamari shack was looking a lot better when we was there in mid May but it is what it will look like after the monsoons that matters, lets hope that the removal of the RP will stop or at least slow down the land erosion in that area
When we were in Goa Last (Jan 2010) they were just beginning to remove the ship, we actually met the Supervisor who was in charge, and he was saying to us that as part of the contract they were to leave the beach how it was pre Princess....we thought at the time it would be an impossible task...
