you must be really pleased with that weightloss dramaqueen. Well done
WOW brilliant loss.... must say I seem to be going in wrong direction at moment I now need to lose 9lb. This weather just does not lend itself to dieting and walking 24 weeks left to do it............got to get motivated
This cold weather makes you want chocolate so much!
1lb off last week, 4lb from my holiday goal, due to weigh in on Tuesday 12th....
I have lost 58.8lbs so far since xmas 2011
Thats fantastic Mainy where are you going on holiday to?
Well I've given up chocolate for lent but those Alpen (is that the right spelling?) choc cereal bars don't count do they? 70calories or 3syns on Slimming World or 2 for a Healthy Extra B choice. The cherry bakewell ones are gorgeous
Where's everyone gone

That's the problem with diets, take them too far and you disappear altogther! LOL
lol everyone has done very well then
Who is trying to lose weight for their holidays?
I have been unsuccessful for so long I had all but given up. However, with a recent prolonged medical scare I was unable to even move my head for weeks on end, let alone anything else. I worried about putting on even more weight so decided to try one of these pre planned and packed diets. I tried Jane Plan. Have to say that the food is brilliant and you can even pretend you made it yourself! I have lost 20 pounds in just over 2 months. I still have some way to go though but am hoping to get there for July.
So how is everyone else doing?
I read this girls story the other day Fiona :-

I am not too keen on these diets of shakes and bars as I don't think it educates you. However, I am sure many would disagree. I have porridge, soup or a salad( usually with a grain or pasta) and a main meal which I add veg to.
I couldn't diet. I've got one of those personalities that if I have to give something up I want it more! I'm not particularly a chocolate person but the minute I think I'll it down on sugars in coffee for eg I crave chocolate
I know the feeling Glynis. I don't eat chocolate at all,....until I am on a diet then I want some!
For anyone who has been called names because of their weight may be interested in this presenters reaction:-
Well I joined SW last August and it's slow but sure and so far lost 3st 4bs - to be honest not just for summer but a healthier way of life, have a bit of a plateau at the moment, and some times have peaks and troughs but I think i am getting there
Wow well done Miss Pink
That's a fantastic weight loss. Years ago I lost about 20 pounds on sw. And I tried it again recently but I was only losing 2 pounds a month. Perhaps I should have gone back to the red and green days. Decided I needed someone else to plan my day's food! I do like a lot of the sw recipes so was thinking I would go back to it to maintain eventually.
Must say I have not found SE difficult really, It does not feel like I am dieting, I am just making better choices - tried WW many years ago and that didn't work for me at all, I didn't like counting points/calories - but what works for some doesn't for others.
