I have wrestled with my weight for years (20+)....lose a stone gain a stone and half

I started walking my dog for an hour a day and found that meant I could still have a few naughty munchies and glasses of G and T without too much damage.
I now would like to try and lose another 7-10lbs before next Summer as I am going away for my daughters wedding and will be partying for 2 weeks
