Been at the gym every day this week, at least 90 min of cardio followed by 15 lengths of the pool and to finish of 10 min in the steam room
Todays weight 24 Feb 2012 is...201 lbs
I actually have a plan of action when it comes to cardio exercise, always try to vary what I do
Warm up 10-20 mins, followed by the main cardio exercise
60 min on the treadmill, but every day I vary the time intervals, speed, and incline, allowing me to get the best out of my cardio exercise
So intervals of either 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 min, varying speeds of 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 - 8.0, and incline starting at 2.0, and rising by 1.0 every 2 min, to a max of 7.0
So every day, I mix up what I will do, so today I did 4 x 15 min intervals with speed between 6.0 - 7.0, with incline going up to 5.0
Tomorrow Sat, 3 x 20 min intervals, no incline, but speed between 6.0 - 7.5
March I want to lose another 12 lbs, then April/May move onto weights, and tone up
