weigh day again
another 1ib off so a total of 1st 3 lbs now, coming off very slowly, but at least its in the right direction.

Lost another 1.5 lbs at weigh in on Tuesday :D . Another 2 lbs = 1 stone off. It's very slow but only because I'm not really sticking to the SW plan. Majorca in 4 weeks so need to try harder :)

Weighed in on Tuesday and I have gone 'over target'. :really
Have had a brilliant week on SW - am doing a food diary, planning and enjoying it. Just need to add some exercise (love walking) into plan.

Bought loads of stuff for recipes from SW Extra Easy Cookbook. Had Moroccan-style lamb with minted couscous today mmmmmm. Will continue with the walking this week and hope for another weight loss. Good luck everyone :D

My weight's steady now - about 17-3, but my fitness is up.

I managed a half-marathon on the rower last week! God, it hurt!

Hello everyone. Lost another 1.5 lbs Tuesday but not had a very good week :-(. Been walking every day which helps. Only need another 1 lb and I will have lost a stone :D Well done everyone who's managed to lose a bit.

Well in the middle of Feb I decided that I needed to shed some pounds so that i could keep up with my new grand daughter. I was 18st 12lb. This morning I went below 18st. I reckon I should aim for around 15st (I am 6 foot tall). I have also started playing basketball after work with colleagues. Given that they are all at least 20 years younger than me (30 in some cases) it hasn't been too bad.

Sorry just edited because of mistake! Blimey below 17st I wish!

I am stuck in a 'rut' 3 or 4 good days and then it all goes to pot. :que
I am having a 'blow out' this weekend - Friday night I had an Indian meal - the works, last night I made a mini buffet and tonight I am having one of hubby's home made 'full fat' Lasagne's with garlic bread...........

Same here Irene. I can be good for a few days then it all goes pear shaped :rofl . Weigh in tomorrow and I don't think I will have lost anything :(

I don't know why this is happening, I used to be so focused - I am so mad at myself when I go 'off plan'
Today is a new day. :D
Have had my breakfast, brought in a greek salad for lunch and tonight I am making a speedy vegetarian sausage casserole - all SW friendly.
I plan a 20 - 30 minute power walk when I get home tonight.
Come on folks we can do it. :tup

these weeks sure come round fast.
lost 1.5lbs this week, wont be here next sunday as will be on my way to benidorm.
will be back the week after hopefully with not too many pounds added.

Well done everyone :)
Well I went to Scotland with my fella for Valentines day. The diet went on hold for what was initially planned as a weekend, then when we came home I took the attitude of "I'm still on holiday... I'm not back in work yet" I managed to gain 3lbs over 5 weeks when I weighed myself last week. I got weighed last night and I managed to lose those 3lbs plus an extra 1oz lol.

Back on the diet with determination this time :) thinking of a sponsored bike ride in June :)
