Started back at gym on Sun 22 Jan

, and current weight was 213 lbs

, and have found I can do alot more from last year, so looking to push myself beyond my limits
I try to go 5-6 times per week, with me doing mostly cardio, but when the time is right move on to weights, and try to tone up
Genuine routine is 60+ mins treadmill, plus 30 mins cycling, and 10-15 lengths of the swimming pool
Diet wise, watch closely what I eat, small bowl sultana bran for breakfast, lunch small salad, night time banana, and chicken with salad; Sat night usualy allow my self a sirlion stake, withj fresh carrots and potatoes
Current weight today 3 Feb 2012 is... 206 lbs,

really pleased with myself

, but never expected to lose this much 7 lbs in 10 days, next few weeks going to interesting
Now the big question for me, can I reach 12 stones for July

, and yes I think I can, might even make it below 12 stones
