We have been told at class about success express (where higher syn value is counted on different plans)? I also know about fast forward but I was under the impression they are 2 totally different things? I have a ff booklet. Do you know when this changed?
I have not been on plan all week - have a couple of good days and then lose the plot. Yesterday I did a big shop and got lots of foods for SW recipes and planned to do batch cooking and freeze for this week, just after lunch I was ready to start cooking but my washing machine decided to 'pack in' so it was off to Curry's, Comet etc to try and sort out another one so no cooking done!!!!!
Help needed.........................
When my mum was a consultant Success Express and Fast Forward were 2 different things, but my mums friend (who is still a consultant) said Fast Forward is now Success Express and that Success Express has been scrapped. Mix to Max is what's being used most now where red an green days are mixed but 1/3 of your plate has to be a super speed food.
I'd have a flexi day today while you're waiting for the washing machine to get fixed
I won't be going to class this week as I am off to see Billy Connolly.
Keep up the good work.
Irene
weighed myself this morning and another 2lb off so thats 11lb off so far. very happy as i feel so focused roll on next weigh day.
regards tracey
Thanks Irene but she has got confused. Its Success Express where you can have 1/3 plates of red and green and 2/3 of a plate of Superfree and this is still a current food optimising plan. Mix to Max is the plan where you can have one meal of green and one meal of red and as far as I know is not being used now. So be a friend and enlighten your friend, she will thank you int he long run. PS. fast forward should only be done for 2 weeks and as a last resort.
I am now totally confused.
Irene
Thanks Irene, I'll ask her later on when I see her
1.5 lbs off last night; can't believe it - must be the stress of helping my dad move house . Had fish and chips twice, chinese takeaway and enough wine to sink a battle ship
I try to go 5-6 times per week, with me doing mostly cardio, but when the time is right move on to weights, and try to tone up
Genuine routine is 60+ mins treadmill, plus 30 mins cycling, and 10-15 lengths of the swimming pool
Diet wise, watch closely what I eat, small bowl sultana bran for breakfast, lunch small salad, night time banana, and chicken with salad; Sat night usualy allow my self a sirlion stake, withj fresh carrots and potatoes
Current weight today 3 Feb 2012 is... 206 lbs, really pleased with myself , but never expected to lose this much 7 lbs in 10 days, next few weeks going to interesting
Now the big question for me, can I reach 12 stones for July , and yes I think I can, might even make it below 12 stones
lost another 2lb this morning so 13lb off so far. not sure about next sundays weigh in though as a couple of meals out(with drinks) planned this week. will have to look for the healthiest option and have soda in my wine.
good luck everyone.

Weigh day again, and I thought i was seeing things when i got on the scales.
Considering i was out for a very unhealthy meal on tuesday, which consisted of nachos with chilli for starters, a creamy chicken and bacon pasta dish for mains and a chessy garlic bread as a side (no dessert) and my weight in beer and wine.
then out on friday for a chinese and a bottle of wine.
I still have managed to lose 2lb
I am amazed but ecstatic, so total loss of 1 stone 1lb.
Good luck to everyone
Tracey
I weighed myself yesterday and am 3lb over target (have not been weighed at SW for a few weeks).
So, as I am off for half term it is back on SW proper. Had a great day yesterday and I even said no to the nibbles when we had friends round last night.
Lots of batch cooking planned this week and check out new SW recipes and it is go,go, go for me.

Weighed this morning and I am 11 St 10 from 12 St on New Years day. That is only 4 lbs in 6 weeks. Not exactly falling off me but at least it is coming off. I know every one says the slower it comes off the longer it stays off, but it's less than half a pound a week which is a bit disheartening. At least with SW you don't go hungry and can have a few treats now and then without losing the plot.
I am going to get back to walking this week - able to go early as I am off work.
We are haveing a SW taster on Tuesday and I think I will make a mushroom and lentil loaf.
Have a great week.
Well done everyone. I've only lost 10 lbs in as many weeks but at least it's coming off . Haven't stuck to SW religously but have been walking at least 4 times a week which helps.
this week i have been really good (no meals out).
only managed to lose 1 lb, but 1 is better than none.
anyway good look everyone.

I have had a very good week on SW but didn't get to do any walking as planned.
Hoping to see a loss at WI on Tuesday.

Just finished at gym, got my weight checked and today 203 lbs
With the good weather coming, soon have had my bike put in for a service, so when April/May comes, and we get nice weather, out I go for a cycle, and my route comes to around 23 mile, which usualy takes me 5-6 hours, allowing for breaks
My Home - Partick - Glasgow - Govan - Braehead - Renfrew - Erskine - Old Kilpatrick - Finallly Home
I've just come off the plateau whre my weight didn't change, but a few changes to the training sessions have started to shift it off again.
I was told by a trainer in the gym that too much cardio stops weight loss due to the "cortisols" around the flabby bits, stops the weight loss, so you need to do a few weights to shock the system into action again.
I did weights and resistance training yesterday followed by 5 x 2500 metres on the rower with a 2 1/2 minute break. I'm still cream crackered now.
Back down to approx 17st 4lbs.
1.5 lbs off this week; only another 2.5 and I've lost a stone .
