The trouble with Oz is that it's so big. When you consider that you can fit all of €urope inside it, including The Med, who would consider trying to visit the whole area inside 3 months? We were in Qld for that length of time and didn't see half of that State alone!
The distance from Broken Hill to Adelaide is about 300km, and not on A class highways.
