Would love to go away for Feb next year to visit one of the 'ski' resorts and enjoy the scenery and some winter sports. Unfortunately due to an accident a few years back when I twisted my knee I'm left with a weak knee - I have to be careful about the stress I put on it. (It may feel ok but can give way 'unannounced' if I'm not careful) As a result skiing seems like I'd be pushing my luck - would probably end up in plaster!

Having said that I'm otherwise up for anything -

I suppose I'm thinking about cross country skiing, sleigh rides, walking etc - all would be fine with this - somewhere 'quaint'!
We're not really into too much night life - and would like somewhere more family orientated.
Hope this makes some sense!
Have to persuade hubby that it's worth doing, so would appreciate any and all the help I can get!
Cheers
