anyone tried veronicas its great there great staff,magic bar is okay too

I was just wondering what the bars a like in marmaris, my boyfriend doesn't like clubbing but i like somewhere lively that you can have a laugh but you can also hear what eachother is saying, can anyone recommend a bar that is close to the club green nature hotel that has a good atmosphere?

Has anyone been here this year or going to Marmaris in the next few weeks

My daughter Alisha made great friends with Cameron at the Turtle bar last year (see here:- ). We are going again on 29 July this year and she's desperate to know if he's still there as she wants to take him a present - I've explained he may not be and we had tears

hey i was at turtle bar last sunday!!! im sure i saw that guy there, but not completely sure - id say im 70% sure if that helps lol!

has anyone been there this year have they changed the entertainment yet they have had the same thing shows for the last 2 years time for a change l think apart from that it is a nice place maybe a touch expensive my wife loves the toilets very clean she says

was in marmaris for 2 weeks found a great place to relax with out waiters wanting to take you to there uncles shops to buy things. the owner is from scotland her name is jan and she has a saying there are no strangers here only friends we haven't met yet .The food was great i did try others but kept comimg back to jans. hope you will give it a go its worth finding Its near the new shopping centre point centre cross over to the karacan corner hotel pass veronicas bar on other side of the road about 200yds.jan has a warm welcome for all

Be aware new Irish Bar in Marmaris near the 3 big chinese resturants down the side going to beach. bad drink very bad staff.I was in one night with irish friends i saw a lady being pushed about by the wifes owner who is from west belfast and then all the staff and the turkish husband started on her. they were yelling and hitting her i was so scared ,the lady had found out that they had ripped her of by taking her to a real estate company and putting money on top by 10.000 pounds so beware please spend your hard earned money else were ,i have been to many irish bars all over the world but i can truly say this is no Irish bar that i would go back to,plus no guinness just turks and an Irish woman ripping brits and Irish off. ps all the bills were wrong so if you do go please check your drinks bill and if your on your own just pay up they are very agressive we saw other people who had been their and the staff were so rude to them ,other people we met during the hoilday, said the same things she should go back to west belfast and see if the people there would let her off with it .bars name is something like tiean's sorry can't rememeber but stay away

can anyone tell me if the old albatross bar is still there just up the road from the gima supermarket and just down from john harrys restaurant we were there last year and it was great jolin

Does anyone know if the bar/cafe next door to the Hotel Zarif in Marmaris still has the American university lecturer from Istanbul University cooking for them? He did a mean submarine sandwich!

well i had a few beers in that bar a week or so ago and had no probs,but then im 6"2 and pretty big with it lol. had no trouble with the staff or the 'wife' seemed pleasant when i was there with my wife 2 friends and 3 kids.but different things happen at different times im sure.

Dream boys has moved next door to Veronicas It is called .......Jacaranda/Dream Boys a lot of the same staff are still working there.

i'm british from n-ireland i would go into a scottish bar quicker than an

irish one!

Just to let the lady know that kamuran is still in turtle bar this year - he did lose his job there but is back there now for the season.
