I have posted a couple of topics but no reply unfortunately

Members can only answer if they have the information available to assist you, and if the enquiries are appropriately labelled in the first place. I know that everyone feels that their own particular enquiries are very important, but repeating the same questions over and over again in new topics, or marking all those new topics 'Urgent' for 'Very Urgent' usually does not help.

I will close this topic to reduce further repetition, I have also edited your previous topics to remove those 'Urgent' headings, in the hope that members attention may be caught by more appropriate titles. But please allow members to answer those original topics if they can, without creating any further repeat topics.
