Sadly no you can only fly to Santorini from Gatwick and I think Manchester.

Stansted is our nearest airport too but apart from Crete, Corfu and Rhodes there are not many Greek flights.

Why not take an EasyJet flight from Luton to Athens and get the ferry from Piraeus there are around 2-4 a day depending on the season. Also you may find a charter flight from Stansted to Iraklion(Crete), from there a ferry to Santorini. Ferry arrivals to Santorini are much more pleasant than the Airport.

Oia is attractive, the part that is much photographed that is, the back streets are standard greek scruff. It also gets very hot as the cliff is south facing there. Thera town is more central not as attractive, noisier but a bit cheaper and the views are just the same.
