This year we have been to the Hotel Presidente, Portinatx, Ibiza and it was my daughters (13) and my idea of heaven

Last year we went to Corfu Sea Gardens (see my photos in the above gallery), Aspro Kavos, Corfu, hated every minute of it and couldn't wait to get home

We have been to Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria twice and had a great fun time but I prefer something a bit prettier and a warmer sea, and the restaurant touts drove my oh up the wall.
We are going to be on a tightish budget as my daughter wants to bring a friend this time so it needs to be somewhere reasonable to eat out, for example Kavos in Corfu was shockingly expensive for the state of the place, but we found Gran Canaria cheap and Ibiza reasonable.
I have M.E. and so unless taxis are cheap and plentiful I have to avoid very steep areas with lots of steps, saying that I managed "Cardiac Hill" in Portinatx with a rest half way up and 20 minutes lay down in my room at the top

My OH fancies Croatia, Bulgaria or Portugal, whereas I'd just love to go somewhere similar to Portinatx (for the scenery and beach)
We hate places where you get loads of larger louts, although we like to have a few bevvys ourselves and a bit of fun.
Eating out and trying local food and drink, boat trips (but not through expensive reps!), snorkelling, friendly locals and pretty beaches are what we really want with a bit of entertainment in the evenings.
Am I looking for the impossible?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received
