Here's a great application for ripping streams..

The one above is for Mac OSX. and they do a PC version.
All you need is the URL of the stream and the software does the rest.
it saves all the music played by net radio stations as MP3's each individual track is recorded as an MP3. It's not perfect as the stations play jingles over the tracks and it records these as one and sometimes you get lucky and the jingle is separated.
I had it running for a couple of hours and got a good selection of music.
Quality depends on the stream source above 56kbps is ok.
One of the great things with this is that the recordings contain the information on the artist, track name etc so if find something you like you have all the information needed to search and buy the artists / groups music for better quality listening if you just listen to the stations you need to learn Greek to get this info.. ..
