I believe its a spa town, and has a rugby team (of sorts), cant say much else really.
it is a lovely place lots to see and do.

I think that you left it a bit late to get masses of info, but we love Bath - do the tourist bus, do the roman baths, and if you're looking for a great Indian restaurant, try thr Rajpoot - it's on one of the bridges..
