Akumel Beach Resort...
have just read on forum that this resort is closed.  have just received my tickets from first choice to this resort , no mention of a problem.  are we entitled to cancel if our resort of choice is not available?  how do we get first choice to admit it is closed ...before... we travel.   thanks for help

                get ringing your travel agent a.s.a.p and dont give up until your given the correct information. They'll ring up first choice for you.

                After weeks of FC confirming everything was now fine with the Occidental Grand Flamenco Xcaret, they have written to my booking agents (not me) to tell me I have been moved.  Not to ask me where i would like to be moved to, but that I have been moved.
I am currently in major dispute with them now as I think after weeks of reassurance, to now be told 18 days before departure that the hotel I am staying in is a different one.
