Twin room with private facilities, Balcony or terecce
Upon arrival we were given a room with a window only over its restaurants air-con outlet (which smelt) I compalained straight away but was told I could not be moved as fully booked and speak to head receptionist & rep. The rep was quite intimadating staing bluntly the rooms were not guarenteed. There is no mention of this what so ever, on the confirmations I have recieved and when making the booking online. I showed her the e-mail I was sent and said it should not have been sent worded like this

I feel this took some enjoyment from our holiday. We travelled as a couple and enjoy getting away from kids discos and entertainment and there was no where. we paid for All Inc and always try to get value for money but spent most evenings buying drinks in quiet bars.
Has anyone else encountered this type of problem where you did not recieve the facilities you were told you would recieve something but not get it? I would like to complain and others experience would help me with what to put and what to expect!
