If this is a campsite, you may find that it has shut up shop for the winter and therefore there's noone there to answer your emails. Why not contact the Tourist Office in the nearest big town or the Regional Tourist Office in Perigord. They'll certainly have information about the area, and possibly even about the site itself.

The site will probably open sometime around the beginning of April 2006. Hang on and be tenacious!
