Hello, Im not sure if anyone can help me on this.

I am enquiring on behalf of a friend who would like to find out how to rent a one bed apartment around or close to Los Cristianos or Las Americas for 6 months for a price of around 450 euros maximum.

I have emailed various websites with no response and just wondered if someone knew of any good/recommended agencies to try as we also would like to know what the requirements are in order to enable renting such a property (deposit etc)

I would be grateful for any advice.
