Well i booked yesterday for 2nd week in June 4A 1C (as son is 13 now! ) at 460/ per person, I also took the advice of someone on the forum and looked at the MedHotels.com site and prices were VERY good there, then I went to http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk/ to get a price for the flights but this worked out the same as it did when i called KwikTravel.
In the end i booked with kwikTravel and it cost me less because i dont have to pay for the transfers to and from the airport but the laughable thing was they booked the room via MedHotels and the flights with the operator Excel and the same times that i was looking at.....
Purhaps i should start a travel business
The flights that were showing up on the site i pasted in were around 200 each + fuel sup of 25-50, i also found that flying mid week is 25 cheaper which offset the fuel sup
Ron,I to have used Kwik Travel many times and found them to be excellent.I will wait until begining of Feb before I ring them as I only like paying around £500 for 2 weeks.(each)
On reading this forum, I called up my travel agent and they said that the hotel was opening today, I have booked to go 26th Jan, so if anyone can confirm that the hotel is open or not, that would be a great help
the hotel has not been open yet as i have a customer who has booked with me to go here and she has been changed to another hotel who is part of the three corners group... she was ment to be going in feb and they said they have not finshed yet!!! if you do want to book it its probably best do do so when its actually ready as there isnt even a proper picture in the brochure so this is perhaps why its so cheap.. but will admit its the cheapest all inclusive in sharm!!!!!!
have received an email direct from the three corners group saying that the hotel is definately open as of the 7th Jan.
I have today received a mail from the Three Corners Sales Office in Cairo and I quote " .... this hotel was completely opened on 07.01.2006."
I was directed to http://www.threecorners.com/gallery where there are further images/photos. I also received a fact sheet for the hotel.
Hope this helps those of you who, like us, have booked this hotel but were unsure of what was happening!
Happy Holidays!

Well from what i can make out the hotel is just outside of Naama Bay, dont know if this helps, my main worry now is finding a 'Good' local dive center so that my son can do his AOW while we are out there.

Just had a letter from Thomson advising that the St George Three Corners has been reviewed and the hotel rating changed from 4S to 3S+.
Not sure what our rights are on this. We still want ther holiday but should the price be reduced?
Good news is that the hotel have confirmed that the kids club is free for all inclusive guests
A colleague from work has just returned from Sharm and the coach stopped at the St George to pick up, She said it looked very nice. Let';s hope somone posts a review soon.

We stayed at the Three Corner's St George a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised. The food was really nice and the hotel was clean and the staff friendly (although they did become annoying after a while)! Be aware that the hotel is not on the beach, they run a free shuttle bus throughout the day which is quite small but they cram you in. The beach however is worth a visit, less than ten minutes away, there is a bar and restaurant there and the snorkelling is brilliant. We found most people stayed at the pool so the beach was quiet, even though it is shared with the sister hotel the Kiroseiz, we spent most of our time there.
They also run a shuttle bus in the evening to Naama Bay, very handy.
One other thing to note is that if you need a taxi to take you to the hotel be sure to say it's the St George and not the Three Corners, because it's new a lot of them don't know it and take you to the other Three Corners!!
I think that's all I need to mention, we had a great holiday, very relaxing and lots to eat and drink (the beer was lovely)!!

Hi Ron,
Yes they did. I'm too scared to do it - there are big fish in there, but I'm told that it was good value for money.
Enjoy !

I'm so pleased that someone has actually been!!!!!
I've loads of questions, you may be able to help.
Does the hotel provide towels for the pool, beach and shower?
Is the kids club open?
What food do they have for vegetarians?
How deep is the water at the end of the jetty, if you want to swim there?
What activities are there suitable for "families" - age 3 & 9
Did you get a visa or did you say "sinai only" - was there any problems with that?
Whats around the hotel ref shops bars etc
I am soooooo excited....... I dont actually go until October !!!!! (Shame)
