The program for the Rethymnon Carnival festivities has been released.
They start on Thursday Feb 8th with an exhibition on the history of the famous 'Treasure Hunt' and end with the traditional carnival celibrations on 'Shrove Monday' March 6th, in the villages of Armeni, Gerani, Melidoni and Meronas.
The main parade will be held on Sunday March 5th, starting at 14.00hrs. The treasure hunt for adults takes place on the weekend of February 18/19. The children's edition takes place on Sunday 12th February.
