:D Glamourpuss Hi. My mum goes to tenerife every February, and says the weather is lovely. (Except for last year, - very rainy). She got talking to a couple who lived there, and they told her it had been the wettest Feb in 20 years (Whether this was true, I don't know), still she had a great time, and is going again Feb 06.All the best. BBB.

I was there this year 28th of Jan for a week. Weather was freezing but i was pleasantly surprised how busy the nightlife was especially the Saturday night. Used to go to the Dubliner which was jumping

Been going for years, weather last winter was worst in 50 or was it 70 years. Generally the weather is very pleasant at this time around 70deg

As for night life I think you will find the main areas are still fairly busy, just a slightly older average age during these months. 8)

We were there first two weeks in March this year and I have to agree the weather was the worst we have known in the 15 years we have been going there. One day was so wet we counldn't get out of the hotel, a day of reading was had. We hope for better next year.

We went last 2 weeks in March last year and it was lovely. It seemed to pick up when we went. I had been looking at the weather before we went and it was hit n miss. But we dropped on great weather.

As for lively it is as lively as it is at any time.

Enjoy your holiday.

My wife and i went on Honeymoon last year and it was the worst weather in 4 previous visits. The first week was overcast with a few hours of rain( during the week) the second week was better, but not up to the usual standards. Tenerife i have found also tends to be busy most of the year. Cant wait to go back next year!

Thanks guys for all the comments, the way I am looking at it is it will be warmer than it will be at home. When I was last Christmas and New Year it was in the low 20's. Nice to hear from commited PDLA fans.

I am going in April. Can you let me know if the Vulcano is as good as everybody says? Also can I expect brilliant weather in April? :D :D

It's about 10 years since we've been in Las Americas. I'm sure it will have changed a lot! :D

Came back on Monday and the weather was about 18 to 23 degrees, it only rained on the Wednesday for about 3 hours, but it was still warm. I had a lovely birthday, had a bottle of champagne waiting for me at the hotel, nice gesture.
