After a fantastic week away in LC back in January - took my Mum abroad for the first time and she loved it - we want to book somewhere again for March/April next year.
We stayed in the Christian Sur appartments in LC last time, but would like somewhere midway between LC and PDLA - or maybe towards PDLA, so we can walk along the coast to either resorts - does anyone know which area names I should look out for, to make sure it is in the right area and close to both places?
(Need to book an appt direct, as we need a 3 bed appt)
Many Thanks!
You will struggle to find a 3 Bed Apt between the two resorts, these are probably your best bet. Look at ownersdirect.co.uk
111 and 1V are the nicest of the three complexes.
We have stayed in PS111 three times now and its a lovely complex - and its towards the Los C side of Playa de las Americas
I will also check out ownersdirect again (thats where I found my appt this year).
At least I know which area to search for now!
Thanks!
Hi, we stay in a lovely apartment on parque santiago 2 when in tenerife, lovely complex, no chance of rowdy 18 - 30's, strictly families and couples, but we have looked round the ps 3 and 4 and they are lovely too ! All in perfect locations.

im after exactly the same thing, ive been twice to LC staying in the aquamar but fancy a change and apartments where you can walk into both pDLA and LC would be perfect. looked at the vistasur but cant find any one who does that?
We always rent accommodation on Parque Santiago 1,its a great location
hi, who do you rent with? and how far is the walk to los cristianus thanks

Parque Santiago 1 is right next to Geranium Walk, takes about 10 minutes to walk into Los Christianos
Read some reveiws about Parque Santiago, which sounded good, but mentioned lots of steps and no lifts. So, as they both have walking difficulties, though this is probably not the best option for them.
Really need an apartment (1 bed/studio) close to the beach, in a flat area, preferably close to shops & nightlife, but not right on top of them.
I have never been to this area, so have no idea if any of this is even possible to find there!
Any suggestions please? All gratefully received:-)
hotel andorra is on the border of pdla and lc and apartments'studios can be booked direct, they have ground floor rooms and have a little ramp on either side of the enterance step, a ramp down to the pool and dining area, its on a slight incline but only 5 mins walk to the tourist area and beach and a 1 mins walk to the strip which is a row of 8 bars, a lot which have entertainment and serve food everynight, and 2 very good chinese restaurants
I would book into either the hotel Vulcano or the La Siesta, they have disabled facilities and are situated in the flat area of PDLA towards LC. I have walking difficulties and we stayed at Parque Santiago 4 in the studio apartments around the pool but there were steps down from reception and no lift. There is a back gate however that lets you out on to the walkway to LC,but if both of your parents have difficulties someone would have to get the key from reception and then walk all the way round to the back gate to get in to avoid the steps.Sorry I can't be more help as I haven't stayed anywhere else in apartments .
the parque de la paz apartmets (which is next door to the Andorra) is also suitable as they have ramped access and all the areas are accessable by ramps and they have lifts and plenty ground floor rooms
