My husband suffers from slight discomfort in his ears on take off and landing. It sometimes takes a couple of days for his ears to be back to normal. He does get quite a lot of sinus trouble but can't take decongestants due to taking high blood pressure tablet. Would earplugs help in this situation and if so any recommendations? He sucks sweets and drinks water to try and help.
