Has something happened to Crispy Duck in Goa, Last year we had duck at Kim Fa on Baga Rd and they brought the duck to the table and shredded it in front of you. This year it came ready shredded, not half as good. They said they had shredded it in the kitchen but you didnt get the crispy skin or the bone. Asked 2 chinese restaraunts in Candolim and they also said they dont do it at the table. Begining to wonder if there is a supplier providing it in bulk.
