Try ringing them up again and playing it "thick" have it all up in front of you on the screen. - say " im on the internet now trying to book my holiday , got my price of X ( quote the internet price)but im having trouble here at the end as it wants the full deposit and i want to pay the low one. silly me i must be doing something wrong. "

I always seem to have a query with lots of differnt companies when im booking and the call centre always overides the computer and gives me the internet price. so if your ready to book try it

i would not mind if it was only a few quid but its 801 on line and he said he would do it for 944 thats a big difference .

thats strange cos the told me all you lose is the discount stated online which is £20 per adult, i would ring them again think hes made a mistake

yeah i think i will , dont think they know what they are on adout sometimes . its just so annoying as i had made my mind up and was going to book it .

dont pay it girls - as long as your attempting to do it on the internet they must be able to overide the system. Have they actually said you cant have the low deposit and the internet discount

yes thats what she told me, she said its only £20 per adult so not a lot, this is through eclipse,

they just said they can do a low cost deposit but only at that price . i thought first choice would match it

did you ring eclipse or first choice as seems strange if you rang eclipse they telling you different to me, first choice cant match eclipse prices i asked that other day in shop

mo if you were going to book it re ring them and ask again if they tell you the same thing then mention what i was told, if you get another person who answers they might tell you something different, i think hes made a mistake

i also rang thomson and flying out the same day the same hotel they quoted me £1247 how can it be so different

eclipse prices are fairly good, but you always are best to shop around as prices do fluctuate a fair bit

Im getting confused now - what hotel is this for??? . karen and mo,I dont see why you should even have to loose the £20 per adult . please I hate to see you paying even £40 more. just say heres the internet price ive got, im looking at the screen now nice lady, im ready to book but cant as it wants to take the full deposit from my credit card. please nice lady at Eclipse could you sort it out for me????? i only want to pay the low deposit or even better just tell fibs, dont mention the low deposit, say im trying to book my holiday via the internet, this is the price ive got but when i try to book your system is not letting me , oh dear maybe theres a problem with the security on my computer and it wont let me into the booking page. she should then overide it give you the internet price and when you get right to the end and she says that X deposit , you say oh no i only want to pay the low deposit . that must work . she will probably have to check with her supervisor but im sure it will be fine.

lol lyn, this is for the sun city for mo, im still pondering cant make my mind you, ive been to cyprus, egypt and morroco in my thoughts today grrr, but scared to make a change as everytime i have in the past i always regret it and wish i was back in turkey lol

im soooooooo exited , just booked it at first choice in town and she did it for 830 , going on7th of june 2007 cant wait . god i havent been this year yet think i better doing more hours at work.

it will only be my little daughter next year she dont mind, my hubby not interested in hols either lol
