it's something to do with my work computer log on (sad or what). Don't like to bother Briar as I know this is her busy time of year.
I think the only time they ask for the balance of the deposit is if you try to cancel.

As Ellie Meg says, Luton, no probs. We went to Sharm from there and it was so easy. It's not a nice airport like Stansted/Gatwick although it has had a refurb recently & the parking is cheap. So small you get through passports, baggage etc real quick. A huge room. One end is all the easyjet desks (never seen Leo from the tele though
). and the other end is all the charter flight desks.
I think you should wait until you can get a DIY price, I saw your post in the flights forum but no resonse yet.

yeh -I just found flights on that last link that was posted - there were quite a few flights there but the cheapest price was £268 each = £1340 - working on a price list i found for bel beach this year it was around £100 per room per night + the extra child - so 2 rooms - thats at least £2800 + flights £1300 - £4100 - it could be cheaper to go with portland. 
. just wish it wasnt exclusive to thomson/portland.
If £3769 is the best i get so be it - I just need to know Ive saved as much as possible and got the best price

Lyn - Its a good job you know how nice Olu deniz is and that this is a great hotel otherwise those kind of prices could put you off. You may be better waiting and see if they bring in any free child prices after this summer season is out of the way, its a long time till Aug 2007.
portland beat the diy id done, i booked flights without looking at packages as im so used to them being cheaper, flights were 406, room was 448 not 408, then 60 trans, = 914 the package was around 830 at the time its gone up since though, so it might be cheaper to book with portland if thats the only hotel you want to go to
Yes it was Karen 23rd July for 2 weeks this year - but it wasnt BB,s price list - i think it was on the Oludeniz.com website who are obviously a booking agent. There were differnt prices for every month but maybe there is some hope that it wont be as much as i think. 
prices change so much the belcekiz i priced earlier today has gone up £28 in a matter or hours grr, right pain, cant see where i says about deps though

Well yes i have kinda got my heart set on going to the BB. We have stayed at the sun city and Asena Beach - they were both fantastic holidays but things are never quite the same when you go back so really want to try somewhere new . the cheapest price ive had so far on sun city was £3400 so not a lot of difference. but its £300 towards my Egypt pot

ive considered egypt for next year i was there 20 years ago huge changes lol, cant decide where to go looked at morroco too but i always end up booking turkey lol i worry i wont like it as much and when you know you will get a good hol to a unknown place its difficult to make a change

Karen - we try other places too and nowhere ever feels the same anymore. We really missed turkey this year when we went to Egypt so did our children but my hubby and the boys also loved the diving in Egypt . so next year as its could be the last time our eldest son wants to come away with us we are just going to say

this year will be last year my son will be with us, my hubby has got his padi in diving hence likes the clear waters of turkey, hes got all the top snorkel stuff too and likes to go out around the lagoon with the kids, trying to teach the little one snorkelling
My hubby and 2 eldest boys also did their padi in olu a couple of years ago . Just did their padi advanced in Egypt as well so now im a divers widow and can only consider holidays where they can dive . booked a cottage in cornwall for the summer holidays and they even want to dive there

i know men grrr, my hubby has just bought a motor bike thats his latest toy and has just past his first part of test and wants to hire a bike in turkey ,that really worries me as the turks arent the best drivers around, right im off to bed now chat again soon

ive just rang up eclipse and asked about deps for next summer, if you want a low dep then its £30 each but you lose the online discount of £20 an adult and rest of dep is due 2nd jan, sounds good it needs to be booked over the phone to get this low dep though, im tempted now

i have just rang them to but bumps the price up a bit , just rang first choice and they wont match the price so not sure what to do , the only way to get the good price is to put it on my credit card but its full deposit of 390
