Holiday Complaints

As you only have three weeks until you are due to travel, I'm not sure you will get any joy out of First Choice. There have been many complaints on this forum about them and their reputation seems to get worse by the day. Legally, I suspect they are within their rights to change your flight time, providing it isn't unreasonable (under 12 hours should be fine legally). You could ask them for a refund but obviously this is a wedding vacation and that might be more stress than it's worth. On the other hand, if you do decide to travel anyway, you can't then try to take them to court or anything like that. Well you could but they'll just say you obviously weren't THAT unhappy if you still went on your vacation. And I suppose they'll have a good point. Check your terms and conditions. Personally, if a company treated me that way, I'd cancel the holiday and find something else, regardless of the situation (i.e. the wedding). But you are unlikely to get all your money back, at the very least you would lose your deposit.

At the end of the day, if you aren't THAT unhappy about the change in times, just go with it and make a mental note never to use First Choice again.

I'm no expert on all this so perhaps somebody else can help more.
