Just have a look at the e mail you have already received and it should have a reference number in which case that is all you will need at the airport.If it is an electronic ticket then no paper ones will be issued.
Which airline are you flying with,might be able to help further with that info.

                Hiya Paully I've checked the e-mail we've already had and it's got an order no, don't know if that's the same? We are flying with Brittania Airlines.

                Hi Paully I've just had another look as we printed off a page when we paid then we had a confirmation e-mail after, looking at that e-mail the reference no is the same as the order number if that makes sense.  The reason I asked the question was because there is a paragraph titled How do I get my electronic ticket? It then goes on to say that you will recieve a ticket confirmation email from us when your tickets have been issued.                 Yes, you should communicate with them to clarify as being an electronic ticket they are not 'issued' so their wording makes it very confusing!  Normally when you make a booking you have a reference number and this is what needs to be quoted.  I've not done this with Britannia Airlines but with others they've never even required the reference or booking number as they've got the booking up from your name on your passport.  Obviously having the print off with you is necessary in case they can't find you.
I'm sure all will be fine once they confirm what they actually mean!

                SandC, thanks very much for your reply, I feel a little more reassured the fact I do have a reference no and a receipt of payment so I shall make sure I take that paperwork with me to the airport, will keep you up-dated as to when I hear from them.
