I first went to Rosamar in San An 4 years ago.
Been every year since,but not this one!
I am so disgusted at the way this hotel has changed.
Beautiful hotel but Thomsons has let it down.
It was an "Ideal for families" hotel with Kidzone representatives plus the hotel entertainment was family based.
Last August when I went I thought my only worry was that it would be over-run with families that my kids would have to take turns in the Kids clubs!
But...there were no Kidzone reps,and in fact the rep that did come was never seen!
When I did see him and complained about the fact that I was never told of the change..he said "well you know where to go next year then,the Sol Post or Costa Sur!"
Instead we had to endure drunken louts being well....drunken louts.
Not their fault but I blame Thomson.
Seems like FREESTYLE had taken over.
I am very sad to see reviews not just on here but on other sites as it seems like it has been spoilt and Thomson/Rosamar fans will not be returning year after year....unlike previous posts where they used to say they will be returning next year,and the next and the next!!
