Yep,
right at the top of Rua 25 Abril,just after it narrows and starts to go downhill.The road forks at the Bon Vivant bar (the one with the wicker shades on the roof terrace)-take the right fork and go about 100 yards down the hill and the Indian is on your right, just opposite A Vaca - the Swiss restaurant.
If it's the one in Rua Candido do Reis, we went there a couple of years back but haven't been recently.At the time I seem to recall that they had a menu which was more adventurous than most in Lagos, and it was, I recall, a little more expensive than most.
