Have you looked at the reviews http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/reviews/tunisia/port-el-kantaoui/riviera-hotel/ . It used to be called the Carribean Village and the name hasn't changed in the review section.
We stayed at its sister hotel, the Abou Sofiane, (between Riviera and the beach) last Oct / Nov. Weather was great, beach is very good and it is only a short trip into PEK.
We ate, once, in the Riviera and I must say everyhing about it looked good.
Take a look at the reviews - I'm sure that you will love it.
