Well we returned late last night leaving some very disappointing weather behind but I have to say lots warmer than here!!

I'm afraid our opinion of this hotel has not really changed. We did get a good room overlooking the pool and Fuerteventura but not refurbished. They are continuing to refurbish the rooms at such a slow rate that once they have completed they will need to start again! In our opinion the hotel needs to close down for a period of time and completely overhaul from the poolside to reception to restaurant. The staff work so hard especially in the restaurant to keep the turnover of guests going but it is not a relaxing dining experience. Reception Staff seem to have a communication problem between themselves as what you get told by one member of staff is different to another.

I am sorry that the only possitive thing we can say about this hotel is its location in Playa Blanca.

I still think of it as my fave hotel in PB, I know lots of folk knock it but it is excellent value for money...

Have a good time Transformer, although I always worry about folk who are taking their work with them on holiday...

Just read on another site that the pool here was empty with building work going on around it. Can anyone comfirm?
Due to go with friends in a couple of days and its a special holiday to celebrate 3 birthdays and a wedding anniversary (25 years). starting to panic
Not heard anything from the tour operator but will try and phone later when I have the paper work to hand.

Thinking of booking at the H10 Lanzarote Princess in September as we can can get a free child place...!! Has anyone been and if so is it any good as i seem to be reading conflicting reports about this accommadation. Secondly can anyone give me an e-mail address for this hotel....!!!

Hi Barjiash ,just got back from this hotel and i dont think you will have any problems staff very pleasent and also the guests and animation team.
Plenty of choice on food with themed nights (chinese,mexican,canarian etc).
Some rooms have been upgraded,i e-mailed asking for one of these and they duly obliged!,my room No was 1064 and this is the leval which is being refurbished ,i would suggest asking for any between 1054-1070,we suffered no noise disruption from work going on 10 rooms away.
Anything else just ask.
By the way i found drinks expensive due to the ailing euro!!
Hotel is reasonbly central for the town and marina.

Hi Barj, we were on the second floor you would have to be on 3rd which is top floor and be a little further round maybe 2050 ish but not sure if they are refurbed rooms, the views of the pool from 2nd floor are resticted by all the palms and other foilage,but maybe 1050 ish.At least i could see the sea from side view!!
