Had same experience as Chazy two years ago. Hotel was a dump - put towel on rail and it fell off the wall. The shower head was hanging on by a thread! Managed to avoid the mozzies all week and got eaten alive on the last evening because we had to stay outside in the grounds of the hotel so other people could use the rooms. We were allowed 30 minutes to shower and change!! My advice - DON'T DO IT.

Please don't let these transfers put you off Dalyan and the hotels, the town is really nice, the beach and river are natural paradises.

I suspect the transfers use which ever hotels have a spare rooms for a night, as you can imagine these won't be the best hotels as they will be full already.
