Any children involved
Total in you're party
Rough idea of ages within your party
Where you are willing to fly from within the UK
Are you looking for an all action location or country retreat?
Self-catering or hotel based
Price range within your budget.
With the additional information you should receive some positive comments.

Probably the Canaries or the Red Sea. Four and Five hour Flights respectively. Or possibly Gambia which I think is also 5 hours.
