I know where the Mehtap is. I've never stayed there but looks like a pretty little place. Only 5-7 mins walk to the town centre. More info on their website http://www.mehtapmotel.com/index_uk.php. Dalyan is the best, been going there for years and can't find a good reason to go anywhere else, I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself!

We have stayed in many places in Dalyan over the years and have always favoured the smaller places, similar to the Mehtap. Last year we took the plunge and bought our own villa which is only a couple of hundred metres from where you will be staying. I've been out there four times this year and hope to spend much longer, when I can afford to!
