Yes ive had a look at Mytravel and they are between £400-£500 + between Jan/Feb.
The £299 is a great price. A bargain at the time, but obviously more folk booking now and the prices have gone up again.
The Olympic price seems the best at present.

Don't know if this link is of any use but Quatar airways have flights from London Heathrow to Mumbai for £258 including taxes from 3rd Jan to 29 March. The link is via Travelzoo who have lots of holiday bargains available each week. The link is http://www.travelzoo.co.uk/Top20.ashx?id=101276183
