Not been to this hotel, but the hotels that I have been to in Cuba do supply small quantites of shower gel and shampoo, but they are not of the best quality and usually you have to ask for them to be replaced, buying these items in Cuba can be expensive and they will not have the brands you are use to and what they do have will be limited - I suggest that you pack your own and leave what is left for the staff.

I have made up parcels foas gifts which include shampoo so I suppose it was a bit of a daft question
