Well all good things come to an end and so we found ourselves in the taxi on the way back to the airport.Only this time armed with information from the forum we were not turning up 3 hours before the flight.We walked straight in an hour and a half before take off.Look on the porters face when I gave him 20 rupees.

A breeze through check in and a drink in the land side restaurant.So laid back it was heaven.So laid back in fact that an airport rep had to drag us through immigration.No more stress at Dabolim for me.

The flight home was long but comfortable and this time the premiair free drinks were flowing freely.Strange thing though the woman sat in front of me became extremely agitated about two hours from landing and started behaving very strangely covering herself completely with the blanket and constantly getting up and going into the overhead locker.Never got to the bottom of it.

All in all we loved every minute of our trip and have well and truly got the goa bug again.

Papa loved your report So glad you enjoyed Sendra's, the food is fabulous and Rovin (the owner) is such a lovely person.
So do you reckon its best going to the airport as late as possible. I hate the 3 hour wait beforehand, its dreadful. Coming home is bad enough without all the hassle of diabolical airport

The Taxi driver we had booked for the return to the Airport tried to get us to go 5 hours earlier!! He became promptly unbooked and we got there 2 hours before, thats plenty of time.
