We are off to Sharm next month. I emailed the hotel and asked them about upgrading to the Regency Club, and they told me that they operate a waiting list, as they have not got rooms available for my dates.
Has anyone heard of this happening either at the Hyatt or anywhere else, as we thought it was odd, but maybe thats just us!!!!
