I'm not sure if you mean in the hotel, or Sharm in general.

If you are looking for things to do outside of your hotel under your own steam, the main choices you have are to go to either Namma Bay or Old Sharm in the evening.
These are the main places to either eat or shop, although I guess you may not wish to eat out if you are AI. Don't know Dreams but I am sure they will either have a mini bus to NB or will be able to sort you out a cab.

The other things to do are really organised trips, of which there are loads, your TO will have details, of things such as quad bikes, trips into the desert, trips to Ras Mohamed for the snorkelling, or trips further afield to Cairo, Luxor, Nuwebia, Dahab etc. I think you can also book these trips in NB for less than you would pay a TO, if youn feel like organising them in privately.
