Hi all

We are going to the Holiday Village on 17th May 2 adults & one girl aged 8 and boy aged 6. Not worried about anything yet, we have been to Lanzarote HV and Majorca HV and both were fab holidays so for us Turkey was just the next HV to visit. I think we will go to every single one if we can as the kids have such a great time and mum and dad get to have 2 weeks rest.

We have booked a jacuzzi suit, flying from Gatwick we also booked a late checkout room as fly back about midnight.

Can't wait to go, anyone else going at the same time?

Has anyone stayed in a room with kids den? Not sure whether to book one of these or jacuzzi suite. As our 2 children are our foster children,we are looking for which would be best option for the one providing most privacy. Any advice would be brill.Thanks

Apparently the weekend we are flying is the first flight to Turkey this year from the airport we are using. When we get back, will let everyone know how much of a great time we had, leave a message about using both sites and hopefully enlighten one and all (:

@wishy831.

When we were last there we had a family room and there was a sliding door that divided the two sleeping areas and gave plenty of privacy. As I understand it, the kids Den has the same. The jacuzzi suite (which we have booked) has a bedroom seperate from the other areas.

as far as we have been told the kids dens are not worth the money that they cost as they only have a playstation and bunk beds and i think i remember them saying that they had to pay a deposit for it and the games. i have stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was brilliant more than enough space
12 days til we fly out

thanks, hayley

Hi Hayley/John

The pools were still lovely and warm when we were there 28/8-11/9 last year. Only time they were cooler was the day after they had flushed the system through with fresh water as they don't use chlorine, but by the end of the next day they were back up to normal bath-like temperature :D

Hi, we also went in August our first time and the weather was gorgeous both day and night and the pools were lovely and warm. We are going 24th may this year and was wondering what to expect temperature wise day and night, also pool temp. Will I need a jacket for the evenings, and do you think the race for the sunbeds will be the same as in August.....cant stand it ! :roll:

Thanks for all advice.Have booked the jacuzzi suite.Hoping it will still be sunbathing weather when we are there(Oct 22nd-Oct 29th) Having read reviews-will take loads of mozzie spray. Most of reviews seem really positive. x x x

We fly out on the 28th May and we were in Marmaris the same time last year. The weather was absolutley fantastic, in the 30's every day, the last day a bit windy, no need for jackets on a night (Im a bit soft and did sometimes put something over my shoulders about 11 at night) Everyone we spoke too said it was hotter than usual for the time of year. As for the bed situation we will have to wait and see, by the website there is still availability so the hotel is not full - yet. To me anywhere there is a lot of brits with children you will have a fight for a bed.

hi wishy831,
we went in oct 2005 and it was nice weather in the day but cooler at night so take a light jacket, unfortunatly the pools are freezing at that time of year :omg which is why we decided to go in the july the following year and will be returning there in aug 2008 :)
But we still had a great time in oct so hope i hav'nt put you off.... anything you need to know just ask,
