Last review from our site is 2005 which is a bit out of date

Haven't stayed there but it doesn't look too good from the outside, looked run down. Suppose it depends how old you are but when we went to pick some people up to go to the airport, all the balconies were full of teenagers drinking out of cans.

Basically if you are only going to use the hotel as a room for sleeping in during the day, then no problem, otherwise hotel gets very noisy from younger end after having a night/morning out on the lash.
Have stayed there with family on 2 occasions (July & October) and not personally had a problem, but then whats ok for someone may be a nuisance for another.

stayed here 3 years ago hotel was fine no problems only major problem we found no air con in rooms and it was unbearable nice central hotel right next door to pirates we never found it noisy
