I fly from teeside 30th may, but im going with Right Holiday flying on a wednesday

Im going to Bodrum instead, leaves an hour earier, and adds an hour Xfer.

Have just phoned travelcare who handled our booking and yes the flights have changed to bodrum. The flight times are now depart 20.30 arrive 02.45 coming back depart 17.00 arrive 19.30.
The travel agents had not heard anything and were quite suprised when I phoned and told them. Basically goldtrail told them that they were going to start ringing round today to inform everybody!!!
I have been advised to write a letter of complaint and they might consider compensation!!!

omg that means both the turkey flights are going out at same time my flight from teeside going to bodrum takes off at 8.30 on the 7th june to take me to altinkum i hope they dont change it but then again a bit later wont matter much as long as they dont cancel it il not be best pleased only booked yesterday as the flights went down in price so glad as they have shot back up today jojoxx

I spoke to someone at Goldtrail yesterday and they said that the Aircraft was not overbooked, and they had no intentions of overbooking the flight (as normal). So those who have already booked to go to either Bodrum or Dalaman should be ok.

Im not looking forward to the Transfer to Marmaris, but it will be interesting to see what Bodrum/Milas is like.

so does this mean that the people on the dalaman flight are now going on my flight to bodrum, hmm wander if this is why wen i went to book yesterday she said there was only 8 seats left i wanted 6 of them, but today wen i check the flight theres still plenty left very strange that, bodrum airport is very small nowt much to talk about realy jojoxx

The transfer from Bodrum to Marmaris is around 3 hours. I did this 2 years ago andunless Bodrum airport has changed, its fairly basic and small

Travel agents computor screens usually say there are only a few seats left, its the industrys way of getting people to book there and then.

ohhh i see, im still glad i booked there n then as the flight went up the day after i was going to wait till next week just glad i never unless that is they go down even further then i will be annoyed oh i cant wait word from my mum in altinkum that it was 100 degrees yesterday jojoxx

Our friends were supposed to be going from Humberside on Monday morning, had a call on Thursday telling them Onur no longer fly from there and that they now have to go Sunday morning at 7.30 from manchester. they booked with Vision holidays from teletext and are disgusted as its now costing them £184 for a hotel and parking. we were all going to book with them for August but not anymore. still wish I was going with them though.

16th july booked for gatwick

ive booked with them for july after ive had 2 other flights cancelled id booked with firstly with xl and then fc so i hope this doesnt get cancelled too from birmingham grrr or ill think someones trying to tell me something

I don't believe it is onur air that is cancelling the flights i think it is Goldtrail.
I rang Holidays 4 U yesterday and they are still flying from Teesside with Onur air.

Goldtrail told me that Onur Air pulled out (not enough Aircraft), dont know wether or not it was true, i was pretty annoyed at them changing the flights, and the extra transfer time but we did get the holiday extremely cheap so cant complain.

As i said Phil i rang Holidays 4 U yesterday and i asked if they where still flying from Teesside to Dalaman as Goldtrail had cancelled their flights to Dalaman from Teesside and the girl said that Yes they where still fly to Dalaman from Teesside.

I thought that Goldtrail and Holidays 4 U shared the plane but when i asked the girl from H 4 U she said no they chartered the whole plane for their own customers and that they flew out on a Wednesday and not a Thursday like Goldtrail did.

I think Goldtrail have been telling little lies to people about this.

I can understand how annoyed you must be,i hate the journey from the airport to the resort at the best of times without adding more time on it because you have to fly into another airport.

I think that H 4 U and Goldtrail holidays cost about the same amount or there about,don't you?

I have looked at going with Thomson's as they fly on an afternoon and arrive in Dalaman at 9.05pm which is great but we can't find a hotel in the area that we want to stay in so it looks like another bad night flight!
