Hi
If a travel company lets you book a holiday with them on their website at an incorrect price, just say its several hundred pounds less than what it should be, but its their mistake can they make you pay the difference?
It's not so much that they could 'force you to pay the difference' as you put it, but they would probably just cancel your holiday and refund you whatever monies you had already paid on the grounds that it would be un-economic for them to proceed.
i phoned them anyway to check it out and they said it had been a fault with their flight operators website
I asked if we could be made to pay the difference when they realised, and was told no, once we booked we had agreed this price.
3 weeks in Goa over Christmas, all inclusive for £900. That was a VERY good holiday!!
