Whilst on holiday in KL (in April) I am thinking about flying to Hong Kong for a couple of days but I will not know when I can fly until after I get to KL.
So has anybody bought flights in KL? Can it be done at short notice?
Do I have to trek out to KLIA to buy them?
I have noticed that most of the travel agents in KL seem to be geared up for packages only and don't seem to be able to short timescale bookings.

i'm pretty positive,when my sister,was in penang,she booked a flight to singapore.
if this was the case,then i should imagine,you would have no trouble,booking a flight to hong kong,from KL.
do air asia,fly to hong kong? if they do,you could book a flight on line,if you can get,on the net,or if not,they have desks at KL airport,so you could enquire there.
personally,i don't think,you will have a problem.
my sister may see this & post herself,but pretty sure,she booked her flight,whilst on holiday.
