But some ask you to take out an insurance in the event that you lose your claim.
Yes I know, but that is not an unreasonable request, it's a safeguard to be taken on the off chance that the case might fail and to protect their client(s) from being out of pocket. I personally don't beleive that Pannone would be considering a 'class action' against FC for this particular case against the Holiday Village unless they were pretty certain of winning.
