My orginal message was moved into the thread with the name of the apts I'm about to book...not sure why ? don't think a lot of people will read my question from there, so reposting it again, hope that's okay with the Mods...

My question was, I'm about to book a holiday online, can anyone tell me how I go about requesting certain things, like..apartaments together (there are 6 of us going) and possibly pool views...do I try to e-mail the apartments directly, if I can find their own website ?
