Not to traffic, only pedestrians. The work is taking longer than expected, (no surprise there). Apparently they have opened up a road from San Eugenio which goes through to the road by the Orlando, so you can come out onto the roundabout by the taxi rank opposite Pueblo Torviscas Apts.

Just got back on 23rd June, stayed in San Eugenio area.

All roads and pavements accessible by foot and wheelchair. Like the wide walkways.

Dear God, that hill by the Bouganville - don't try it pushing your Mum in a wheelchair, like me!
